At 17, I watched women dance in Carnival in Rio and whispered to myself: one day. Decades later, I was on that float — exhausted, electric, alive. That is what happens when you refuse to let your dreams expire.
From covering Hurricane Katrina as a reporter, to crowning Mrs. Mississippi, producing my own TV show, hosting events, creating beautiful trips, and documenting the whole gorgeous ride — my life has become proof that the dream is not random. It needs structure, taste, courage, and someone willing to go first.
